Task 5

 1. Tuckman team formation is based on five stages that team have to go through to perform their task professionally.

2. Belbin team role: A team is not bunch of people with titles each of them have role which is understood by other team members, being part of a group means to carry out a particular set of activity  in a particular way.

3. We have never passed the storming stage due to some group mates not attending regularly and not interacting and influencing each other.

4. Belbin team role is about team work and to find out your roles when working as part of a team but unfortunately we haven’t done enough to fulfil that gap.
